Summer Camp is currently in progress!
Now's the time to turn those dreams of the fun days of summer into reality for your child! We will offer ten (10) 1-week sessions. Enrollment is very limited, so sign up early! We're looking forward to seeing your child for an exciting, exhilarating summer of great experiences.
Summer Kids' Kamp and Teen Camp 2008 Session Dates:
Session 1 June 2 - June 6 (1 week) Session 2 June 9 - June 13 (1 week) Session 3 June 16 - June 20 (1 week) Session 4 June 23 - June 27 (1 week) Session 5 June 30 - July 3 (1 week) Session 6 July 7 - July 11 (1 week) Session 7 July 14 - July 18 (1 week) Session 8 July 21 - July 25 (1 week) Session 9 July 28 - Aug 1 (1 week) Session 10 Aug 4 - Aug 8 (1 week)
- Camp will be closed on Friday, July 4, 2008.
Fees (per child):
Registration Fee (non refundable)
St. Luke's Member $50.00
Non-Member $100.00 ASC currently enrolled No Fee
Camp Tuition Option 1 (7:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.)
1-Week Session $185.00
Camp Tuition Option 2 (9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.)
1-Week Session $170.00
- After Care (4:30-6 pm) is $15 per week per child and must be signed up for in advance. - Drop off before 9:00 a.m. is $15.00 per day per child for Option 2. - Registration fee and payment for one session are non-refundable.
Registration Procedures:
1. Pick up Registration Packet at the Activities Center by the gym and complete all forms. Forms may also be downloaded via the links below.
2. The Authorization for Treatment form must be notarized.
3. The Medical Form must be completed by the child's physician.
4. When registering, return the completed forms, the non-refundable registration fee, and the non-refundable deposit payment for one session. Make checks payable to St. Luke's United Methodist Church. Write Summer Kids' Kamp and your child's name on the bottom of the check. Forms may also be faxed to our office at 713.961.7216. However, applications will not be processed until payment in person is received. For payment options, please see Payment Guidelines.
5. All forms must be in our office before your child's first day of camp. No camper will be allowed to attend camp or field trips without completed forms.
Important Notes:
1. All outstanding balances with the church must be paid in order to sign up for camp.
2. Payment must be made in person.
3. Balance of tuition must be paid on or before the DUE DATE.
4. Cancellations or changes (other than the non-refundable registration fee and non-refundable deposit) must be made in person at the Kamp Office, on the Kamp Add/Drop Form, by May 22, 2008. Sessions cancelled after May 22 will still be your financial responsibility. Campers may add sessions after May 22 if space is available and must pay for the session by 5 p.m. Monday of the prior week.
5. A fee will be charged for late payments, early drop-offs (option 2), late pick-ups (after 6:00 pm), and returned checks.
6. A camper cannot attend camp without payment in full.
7. Camp will be closed Friday, July 4.
Registration Dates:
February 25, 2008: Early registration begins for St. Luke's church members and After-School Care students. M-F, 10 am-12pm and 4:30-6 pm, Activity Center.
March 3, 2008: Open registration begins on a first-come, first-serve basis. Registration will continue from this day forward until sessions are full.
Location: After-School Care Office in the Activities Center (by the gymnasium).
Parent Orientation:
Friday, May 16, 2008, from 6:30 - 7:30 pm. Please plan to attend!
